Land for Development of SmartSpace

We are seeking infill locations of 5 acres and up for the development of SmartSpace along the I-75 corridor within a 2 hour drive of Tampa to complement our current projects along the West Coast of Florida. Target pricing for the land is $3 to $5 per buildable square foot of land. The principals will consider joint ventures with land owners and larger sites with potential for outparcels, banks, restaurants and retail tenants.

Opportunistic Projects

We are always willing to look at other interesting projects and have experience in acquiring and turning around defaulted mortgages and debt instruments on income producing properties such as office, retail and industrial. The preferred investment size is $1-10 million and we will consider smaller projects in our own back yard.
