Blackpoint & Bison Development was founded in 2004 to combine the talents and skills of its two principals, Anthony Mazzucca and David Repka. The team is currently in pre-development on over 250,000 sf of flex/office/retail space in the Tampa Bay region.

Anthony Mazzucca is the principal of The Blackpoint Group, a Florida and New Jersey real estate investment and land development business. With over 30 years experience in commercial and residential development and construction, Mr. Mazzucca is skillful at devising and successfully implementing strategies to overcome project challenges. Prior to relocating his business to Florida, Mr. Mazzucca had developed approximately 900,000 sf of retail space and over 2,000 apartment units for his own private investment company. Other Blackpoint projects in proximity of the subject include the development, construction and leasing of Portal Crossing, a 57,600 sf flex/office product recently completed within one mile of the I-75 and SR-64 interchange.

David Repka is a 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate finance and development industry. David Repka is the founder of Bison Financial Group, Inc., a mortgage brokerage business, based in St. Petersburg, FL. This company has arranged over $350 million in commercial real estate financing since 1994. Mr. Repka was a partner in the ownership of 1,200 Florida apartment units, 1,000 Florida residential lots and 7,000 Texas residential lots.
